Welcome to Drona, your immersive VR-based industrial safety training solution. Drona offers VR and web app modules designed to deliver risk-free, realistic safety training experiences. This policy outlines the terms under which users (referred to as "you") can access our services.

Information Collection - Web Application
Personal Information: We do not collect unnecessary personal details. Unique identifiers (such as employee IDs) along with phone numbers may be used to manage training records.
Phone Numbers & Emails: Required for sending training notifications, feedback, and certification updates. Users may opt out at any time.
User Consent: All users must agree to the consent form presented within the web app before proceeding with the training modules.
Information Collection - VR Application

Personal Information: No personal data (name, email, mobile number) is collected within the VR modules.
Training Sessions: Experiences in VR are pre-configured outside the app by the trainer or organization through the web portal.
Authentication: Session-based authentication is handled via a unique PIN pairing the VR headset with the web interface.

Use of Information
Notifications: Used only for training-related updates and reminders.
Authentication & Authorization: Access to Drona modules is protected by secure login for agents/trainers and PIN-based pairing for VR users.

Data Security
User Access: Web app access requires unique credentials set by each user.
Business Accounts: Subscribing companies receive separate login credentials for administration and monitoring.
Data Isolation: Training data is visible only to the respective organization and is not shared externally.

Data Usage & Analytics
Aggregated Analytics: Collected data is analyzed at an aggregated level to improve training effectiveness.
Training Data: Includes module completion, duration, errors, retries, and performance scores for troubleshooting and reporting.

User Rights
Notification Preferences: Users may opt out of notifications.
Access to Data: Employees may request access to training records stored by their organization.
Business User Access: Organizations can request detailed reports of their employees' training progress.

Data Deletion
VR App: No personal information is stored in the VR device.
Server Data: Training logs (linked with user IDs) are stored for performance tracking.

Deletion Requests: Users may request deletion of their records by writing to connect@groupvb.com
along with their unique user ID (obtainable from their trainer). Requests will be processed within 4-5 working days.
